Where are your twenty millions now, Bavaria?

I was walking around the Wiesn yesterday, having had some time to kill. It looked so desolate and barren, in the half-melted dirty patches of snow. So much contrast compared to Oktoberfest, when it's full of tourists and colour and life.
So I decided to make a triptych in monochrome. In the left frame, with thick black border, is a shot of three visible busts between a couple of Doric pillars that stand behind the statue of Bavaria. On the right side, is the statue of Bavaria itself, cold against a stark bright gray sky. The middle photo shows the empty Theresienwiese under a gray cloudy sky, with a few containers scattered around the vast empty field, looking desolate with patches of snow and thawed, dirty water puddles, horizon line starting with St. Paul's cathedral on the left, and continuing over the distant buildings, several cranes against the clouds.
I wasn't sure if the borders should be black or white, I went with bold black to spice up the punchiness.

Here are the originals.
As usual, all shot on my trusty old scratched and wobbly, but optically sound X-T4, with slightly less scratched but also optically sound, Sirui Sniper 56mm F1.2 lens.
